About Me!
I attended Long Beach State University and went on to attend Western University of Health Sciences for medical school along with my classmates and NCP Partners, Dr. Drew Nguyen and Dr. Janet Lee. I completed a family medicine residency at College Medical Center in Long Beach. For the first part of my career, I served as a hospitalist physician for several hospitals in the Los Angeles area.
Having a passion for preventive care and wanting to deliver a more personalized care experience, I decided to return to primary care medicine and joined NCP.
What’s Interesting!
I’m a native of the California coast, growing up in Long Beach all my life. Growing up I enjoyed surfing, the fantastic outdoor weather in southern California and teaching myself to play the guitar. I’m a proud father of four kids along with my lovely wife, Cora. I enjoy spending time with my family and still indulge in quiet time with the guitar.
What I focus on!
My focus is in disease prevention and maintaining a high quality of life for my patients. NCP’s care philosophy fits exactly how I want to practice medicine and I am proud to serve as a primary care and hospitalist with my friends and classmates. I am looking forward to serving the Newport Beach community and the patients of NCP.
