(Rates at $2,000 per month or $24,000 per year)

This is our flagship service. Exclusive concierge offers the most tailored experience possible, taking into account much more than your typical social and medical histories. We engage in health and life planning in addition to medical services you can otherwise expect.

• Full spectrum service; we will see you for all visit types.
• We cover traditional office, acute hospitalization, televisits, and home visits.
• Interstate coverage. We can cover you via telehealth while you are traveling for business or pleasure. We currently cover 10 states and counting.
• Same day visits are always available with your doctor or a covering doctor of the same service level.
• 24/7/365 availability to our practice and staff.
• Dedicated concierge patient care coordinator to follow your needs inside and outside of the clinic.
• Same day access to NCP’s team of specialists, carefully selected to care for you like family.
• Very limited panel size to ensure exclusivity of access and personalized attention.
• Only selected physicians qualify to provide this level of service.
• Care team selected to understand how your health affects other aspects of your life, including your business.
• Your personal physician will act as your hospital doctor and advocate at Hoag Memorial Hospital and Orange Coast Memorial Hospital.
• Nursing visits in the office or at home.
• Private lab access.
• In house radiology, including x-rays and ultrasound.
• Unlimited wellness services for no additional service charges, such as IV Hydration.

Core Concierge

(Rates at $830 per month or $10,000 per year)

Our Core Concierge gives you the personalized care you can expect from your primary care doctor in many more settings. Further, you’ll have team dedication to your health goals and care coordination.  Truly 24 hour access to a member of our practice and, if needed, your personal doctor or a covering doctor dedicated to the same service level. Further, you will have access to our wellness services monthly, for only an additional minimal cost.

• Care across multiple settings. We cover traditional office, acute hospitalization, and televisits.
• Travel coverage. We can cover you via telehealth while you are traveling for business or pleasure in California.
• Same day visits are always available with your doctor or a covering doctor of the same service level.
• 24/7/365 availability to our practice and staff.
• Dedicated concierge patient care coordinator to follow your needs inside and outside of the clinic.
• Same day access to NCP’s team of specialists, carefully selected to care for you like family.
• Limited panel size to ensure ease of access and personalized attention.
• Concierge Physicians are carefully screened and specially trained to deliver a complete and elevated level of care.

Direct Primary Care

($325 per month)

Our direct primary care service provides just the basics of concierge medicine. This membership level is perfect for patients looking forward to personable and unrushed office visits and easy, quick correspondence with their physician and our team in between visits. Direct primary care gives you the comfort of a personalized experience without the additional features you may not need.

• Adult medicine only, 18 years or older.
• Primary Care/Outpatient Office Service.
• Frequent office visits, as frequent as monthly if needed.
• Same day sick and sudden illness visits are always available with your doctor or a covering doctor within the company Monday through Friday.
• Telemedicine available Monday-Friday during normal business hours and on “urgent care” after hours until 9PM and weekends.
• Patient care coordinator who keeps track of your needs inside and outside of the clinic.
• Access to NCP’s team of specialists, carefully selected to care for you like family.
• Limited panel size ensures easy access and a personalized experience.
• Tailored medication management programs.
• Your doctor will carefully monitor your progress when treated outside of the NCP group.
• Close coordination with hospital doctors and specialists when you require hospital care.
• Our own private hospitalist group covers you at Hoag Memorial Hospital, Orange Coast Memorial Hospital.
• Response times to emails, calls, and texts within 1 business day.
