About Me!
I grew up in and around Newport Beach and have always considered Orange County home. It was always my dream to serve our unique community here in Newport Beach. Everyday, I get to work with friends, family, neighbors and colleagues. Having had a diverse professional background, my vision is to expand our model of care as far and wide as possible.
I believe healthcare NEEDS to be as personal as it is professional. A person’s health is more than their illnesses and the medications they take. Everyone defines health differently and as a physician, I love having the opportunity to assist my patients in experiencing what health really means to them.
What’s Interesting
Before medical school, I had experience in many professional areas including financial, marketing, professional publishing, and as a start up entrepreneur for a couple of tech firms with ties to Silicon Valley. My past experiences have contributed to the start and growth of NCP. I am very passionate about guiding more physicians into becoming entrepreneurs.
I hold a personal pilot’s license. A friend of mine, who’s another doctor nearby, convinced me to get it. It has come in handy more than a few times. I also enjoy racing sport cars on tracks and taking grand tour style road trips.
What I Do at NCP
I started the groundwork for NCP in 2019 as a solo practice. Shortly thereafter, my classmates and co-residents joined and we grew into a small group practice. We incorporated in 2022 to become a medical corporation. Today, more and more physicians and staff are joining regularly and we are now becoming a multi-specialty medical group!
I serve as the company’s Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief of Hospital Medicine and Acute Care. I absolutely love my role in the company. It is incredibly rewarding to not only serve our patients but my colleagues and our amazing staff as well.
What I focus on
As a physician, my specialty is Family Medicine. It is a wonderful specialty that allows me to be a multi-purpose doctor for my patients. My focus is on full-spectrum primary care, encompassing patients of all ages, of any complaints and in all settings, whether in the office, the hospital, nursing facilities or at home and even during end of life. I absolutely think continuity of care is important to the quality of care and care outcomes. Concierge Medicine fits my desire for an elevated standard of care.
I’m a proactive doctor. I prefer to prevent illness rather than chasing them. Quality of life is key to my role as a concierge doctor. I am always looking to give my patients the best quality of life for the longest time possible. My colleagues and I strongly believe in partnering with our patients to pursue the highest quality of life possible.
